Garrit Schumann

Garrit Schumann advises mainly in the areas of company law and contract law. His focus here is on accompanying (international) corporate transactions (M&A) as well as drafting general terms and conditions and non-disclosure agreements (NDA and MTA). He advises clients in German and English on all matters relating to contract drafting and negotiation.

Before joining v. KEUSSLER Rechtsanwälte, Garrit Schumann worked for several years as a research assistant for a medium-sized commercial law firm in Mainz in the field of Industrial Property Law and Distribution Law and supported the French Desk there.
