Wolf Geidel

Wolf Geidel is active in the area of mergers and acquisitions, assisting companies with their research and development activities and advising and training clients on compliance issues, with a focus on antitrust law. Wolf Geidel works predominantly in English and supervises complex international projects. Recent projects include the drafting of cooperation and supply agreements for a client who is building its own production facilities on its clients' land and the negotiation of various research cooperations between universities and industrial companies, often with EU funding.
In his private life, Mr. Geidel is involved in the field of art and culture, among others in the sponsoring association of the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie and as a member of the board of the traditional Oldenburg Kunstverein.
