Arnulf v. Keussler

Arnulf v. Keussler is mainly active in the law of succession. He advises on legal and testamentary succession, executes wills, conducts estate disputes and corporate successions. He has particular experience in the law of associations and federations, and was for decades the legal advisor to the Reformhaus-Genossenschaft (neuform) and the Deutsche Akademie für Sprache und Dichtung e. V., of which he is a member of the board of trustees and the executive committee. He has established and advised foundations, including the Kurt and Lilo Werner RC Darmstadt Foundation and the Foundation of the German Academy for Language and Poetry as a board member. Since the beginning of his legal practice (1961), his focus has been on corporate law, in particular on advising and representing two-person companies (with or without parity) in commercial law and the law of legal entities in the event of spin-offs, compensation for departing shareholders and ongoing management.
